All information collected through Flydealer.com’s checkout process will be used exclusively to administrate your order. Under no circumstances will your information be provided to third parties for mailing lists or any other use.

Do you offer any discounts?
All flies are automatically discounted if you purchase 6 or more pieces, further discounts are applied when you purchase over 12 pieces. These discounts are automatically calculated when you update the quantities and hit the update button on the ordering page.

How do I get a final invoice for my purchase?
You can get a final in one three ways:
- Printing the Order confirmation page immediately after placing the order
- Printing the email confirmation received after placing the order
- Visiting the Order Status page

How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping charges have been detailed under the shipping link, click here
to see shipping rates. Your shipping charges will also show up on processing your order. To obtain an estimate of the shipping charges; add the items you are interested in buying to the shopping basket and note the automatically calculated shipping charge. At this stage you can either proceed to checkout or hit the cancel button to stop the checkout process.

What shipping options do you offer?
Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation service. For urgent shipping we offer the following options:
UPS Next Day Air: Next Business Day Delivery before 10:30AM
UPS 2 Day Air*: Business Days
You can choose the appropriate shipping method at time of checking out.

Can I track my shipment?
Upon shipping your order an email will be sent to you giving you the tracking number. You can also locate the tracking number on the order confirmation page.

What if my shipment is late?
Priority mail normally takes 3 days to deliver within the continental USA from time of shipment, your shipment will therefore take approximately 4 – 5 days to reach you from the time you placed the order. If this time period has expired and you have not received your shipment please check the shipment status using the tracking number, if this does not help please contact us immediately either by calling us toll free on 1-877-901-FLYS(3597) or emailing us at
sales@flydealer.com. Your order may be late because no one was available to accept delivery. If you are not present when a delivery is attempted, the carrier will make a second attempt, and often a third. If delivery is still not made, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. You must report to us any undelivered order within 25 days of the date you placed the order.

Do you ship to APO’s or PO Boxes?
No. Most of our merchandise is shipped via USPS, and a valid U.S. street address is needed to ensure proper delivery.

How long will my order take to process?
· Valid orders placed before 2 PM PST are generally shipped the same day.
· Valid orders placed after 2 PM PST are generally shipped the next business day.
· Valid orders placed on Friday, after 2 PM PST are generally shipped on Monday.
· Valid orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next normal business day.
On occasion, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, or email within 24 business hours.
PLEASE NOTE: EACH CREDIT CARD WILL PASS THROUGH A SECURITY VERIFICATION. Please ensure that the correct "Bill To" address for each order is on file with the issuing bank of the credit card selected for the order.

How do I return my shipment?
